Along with copy for the website, I also created the brand's tagline, "One Step Ahead."

Once we discovered this powerful insight, we created this spot for Dossier during National Nurses Week. A reminder that nurses make the difference, but only when they can be by your side.

Dossier hosted a Health Forum that featured a Q&A with Laarni Florencio MSN RN CNL, a renowned nurse and Program Director at New York Presbyterian, whose heroic experience during the height of COVID shed light on the urgent learning challenges endured by today’s healthcare workers. We turned their plan for a simple interview into a piece of video content that could be repurposed as a sales tool, LinkedIn post, and more.


"The Dancing Nurse"



During the COVID-19 pandemic, social media saw a steep rise in posts featuring healthcare workers performing choreographed routines and popular dances in hospitals to relieve stress, boost morale, and spread positivity.


As it grew in popularity, we jumped on the trend to create paid social featuring Cindy Jones, TikTok's original "Dancing Nurse".


An actual RN and influencer, @fitandphat choreographed an original dance for us, which we turned into a piece of sharable content that showcases how it feels when all of your competencies are done easily and on time with Dossier. She helped us spread the word by posting it to her page, with 1.2M+ followers.
