“Check Yourself”

Partnering with singer/choreographer, Paula Abdul, we helped The Avon Foundation for Women cut through the confusion related to breast cancer screening strategies with the first-ever music video encouraging women to take control of their own breast health.

#CheckYourself launched in the U.S. and 25 countries worldwide with an experiential campaign that kicked off on the first day of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The video, based on the simple steps a person should take to check themselves for breast cancer, mobilized users to spread the word by creating their own unique dance video and sharing it on social media with the #CheckYourself hashtag.

Created in collaboration with writer, Alex Cairo

Our campaign’s unique check-mark logo leveraged the iconic Pink Ribbon for Breast Cancer.

The Check Yourself App lets users set self-exam/mammogram reminders, send breast changes to their doctors in real time, and more.
